Motivate the staff to perform<br/>• Set annual targets related to IT operations and monitor the overall performance of the entire department<br/>• Communicate with the client for service level agreements<br/>• Design and implement IT policies with the consent of other board of Directors<br/>• Prepare an annual business plan for the IT department, by coordinating with other departmental heads and also the junior level management of the IT department<br/>• Come up with innovative ideas and keep tabs of the latest technology<br><br>Prérequis/Requirements :<br><br>• Bachelor's degree in computer science or the equivalent<br/>• 10+ years of experience in IT<br/>• 5+ years of experience as a manager<br/>• Significant breadth of knowledge and understanding, from a managerial and technical perspective, in key areas of information technology, including architecture, applications development, data management, operations support, security, business continuity, and disaster recovery<br/>• Knowledge of management practices such as supervision, project/team management, as well as practices and procedures for setting budgets, recruitment, procurement, and contract management<br/>• Knowledge of sourcing and supplier management best practices<br/>• Proven ability to make strategic decisions (e.g., high-level IT planning) and propose innovative solutions to corporate partners<br/>• Proven experience developing strong working relationships with internal clients, peer groups and external partners<br/>• Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills<br/>• Bilingual in English and French</div><br /><br /><a href="http://www.emploisinformatique.com/job/6902/it-manager-357-at-alteo-recrutement-informatique/">JE VEUX APPLIQUER</a><br /><br /><br /> http://www.emploisinformatique.com/job/6902/it-manager-357-at-alteo-recrutement-informatique/ 2012-01-16 00:06:06
